The north Brightside wig-wag signal was converter to upper quadrant. The Brightside wig-wags were originally mounted on extended masts in order to prevent being hit by trucks from the quarry that once operated above Brightside yard.
With the quarry closed we decided to bring the wig-wags back down to earth. The north signal has now been converted to upper quadrant with the south signal to follow. We also restored and installed a vintage set of US&S HC-81 flashing lights.
